Customers say that “Grand Chef Arthur” designs the best burgers in Lisbon. Everything is homemade and made with love, from all kinds of nachos to traditional dishes revisited and improved to cosmopolitan greediness. The cocktails are magical and served on a bar whose shape reminds of the mathematical “infinity” sign. A semi-round custom edge profile (8cm in diameter) gives a smooth perspective to this counter. We transported it in five pieces so that it fits into this elongated place. A day of on-site welding, now invisible, gave the impression that this restaurant in the heart of Lisbon was designed around its “Zinc”.
