We restored a vintage counter with this edge profile for the G7 in Biarritz in August 2019, where it was very well received. You can also find it at the bar of " La Petite Périgourdine " just steps away from the Sorbonne. Enjoy a glass of wine on the zinc before indulging in dishes from the Périgord and Cantal regions, including aligot served straight from the pot to your plate. "La Petite Périgourdine" is a bistro full of curves, much like this edge profile that recalls the heyday of Art Nouveau. Admire its waves at " Les Papilles " by Bertrand Bluy, one of the most charming addresses in Paris.
