edge profile n.08
10.5 cm
The early days of the ‘Roaring Twenties’, the praise of parties and sweet madness are embodied in this edge profile, where one can find hints of Art Deco to come.
Those hints fit perfectly with the spirit of ‘L’Ami Jean’, which has become a temple of Bistronomie, since Stéphane Jégo became the owner. This Breton druid was trained at Christian Constant’s ‘Crillon’, then at Yves Camdeborde’s ‘La Régalade’. The goods are exceptional, the dishes are made with an amazing finesse. Every detail is scrutinized, and the menu switches from classical selection to masterful creativity! All of this takes place in a generous and modest atmosphere.
You can find this atmosphere at ‘Soif’; half-restaurant, half-wine bar. The stress is put on the taste and truthfulness of the product. The selection of wine is exceptional, and you will be advised smartly depending on your meal choice - French or Italian. You can have dinner or drink on our countertop… Until thirst is quenched.
