We have restored a vintage countertop with this edge profile for the Biarritz G7, held in August 2019. It has met quite a success. It is now at the ‘La Petite Périgourdine’ bar, just a few meters away from La Sorbonne. Enjoy a glass of wine on the zinc before meals from Perigord and Cantal are served: the aligot will be served with a casserole and your plate. It is a round-shaped bistrot, as this edge profile witnessed the great times of the Art Nouveau. Contemplate its waves in Bertrand Bluy’s restaurant Les Papilles, one Paris’ loveliest spots.
Its chicness is also to be found at the Campanella, a historical brasserie in the Gros Caillou district, at the corner of Bosquet Avenue and Saint-Dominique street. This stylish ‘bougnat’ is a true neighborhood bistrot, with a soul, an atmosphere, a history… And a beautiful Zinc.
