The bistro chose light wood in the 1900 style for the countertop seating and a traditional edge profile (Edge Profile No. 4). Its reflections multiply infinitely, highlighting the subtle cabochons outlined by straight lines. Pewter becomes the central element of this warm establishment and also gives its name, "Le Bistrot Zinc," symbolizing French Bistronomy.
